This 4-week Art & Wellness Program invites you on a journey of self-discovery, creative play, and inner peace. Each week, you’ll explore a unique art project designed to spark joy, release stress, and nurture personal growth. No previous art experience is required — just a willingness to explore and express yourself.
Through grounding techniques, creative exercises, and personal reflection, you’ll learn how to use art as a tool for emotional well-being. Each week, you’ll leave with a completed art project that reflects your journey and grows.

Each week focuses on a specific wellness theme and a creative project. By the end of the program, you’ll have four meaningful works of art that represent your personal journey.

Each week focuses on a specific wellness theme and a creative project. By the end of the program, you’ll have four meaningful works of art that represent your personal journey.
Week 1: Grounding & Intention Setting: Begin with guided meditation and focused breathing techniques to center yourself. Then, create a meaningful artwork aligned with your intentions.
Week 2: Embracing Serenity and Finding Balance: Connect with your inner self during a cacao ceremony led by our special guest, Sheena. Continue this blissful journey by learning the art of dot mandala creation.
Week 3: Grow Your Seed: Experience a powerful guided meditation to "Let Go and Let Grow". Express your thoughts by journaling directly on your canvas, then create a stunning abstract artwork using acrylic paint.
Week 4: Self-Discovery & Personal Symbols: Begin with a mindfulness practice to connect with your inner self. Identify symbols, animals, or natural elements that empower you and reflect your strengths or the qualities you aspire to. Bring them to life as you create meaningful art on your canvas.

Why Me?
I’m Josie.Ane Sakura, the CCO (Creative Chief Officer ;) of Hearts Your Life and the creator of this 4-week Art & Wellness Program. My journey into art and wellness has been anything but linear — it’s been real, raw, and deeply personal.
In 2013, I became a 200-RYT Certified Yoga Instructor, learning the power of grounding in the present moment. Later, in 2020, I became a Certified Reiki Practitioner, understanding how energy, intention, and inner alignment influence our well-being. These practices became guiding principles in my life — but I’m still human.
After the birth of my children, I faced mental and emotional challenges I didn’t see coming. Life felt heavy, and I found myself searching for a way back to me. That’s when art called me home. Art became my refuge, my release, and ultimately, my spark. Through colors, textures, and free creative flow, I rediscovered my sense of self and the power of joy in small, simple moments.
This is why I created this program — to offer others what helped me: a chance to reconnect with themselves. This isn’t about painting pretty pictures or getting things “right.” It’s about learning to let go, explore, and come home to yourself. Each of the 6 weeks offers a different way to connect with your center, because I believe that life isn’t one-size-fits-all. We all have different paths to clarity, calm, and creativity, and I want to give you the tools to find yours.
