Domestic Orders
For orders within the U.S., we ship through USPS or UPS. After your payment is processed, your order will leave our studio within 3 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping times might vary, especially during the holiday season.
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Need it faster? Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to speed things up!
If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be held until the preorder is ready to ship. However, we're happy to split shipments if you prefer.
We're not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely!
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, with heavier packages going through FedEx International. Tracking isn’t available for international orders, and delivery times can be unpredictable due to customs or local postal services. Most orders arrive within 3 weeks, though it can take up to 6 weeks in some cases. Unfortunately, we can’t offer insurance or refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
All international shipments are marked as merchandise. Depending on your country’s laws, there might be duties, taxes, or other fees you’ll need to pay before receiving your shipment. These fees are out of our control, and we’re not responsible for them. Please check your local customs policies. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, you can either get a refund (minus shipping costs) or repay the shipping to have it resent, understanding that customs fees will still apply.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping on our Tea Towel Club within the U.S.For orders over $75 within the continental U.S., shipping is free (some exclusions apply).For all other orders, shipping costs are based on your location, the quantity, and the weight of your items.For shipments to Hawai'i (excluding the Tea Towel Club), shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total weight of the products.

What If My Shipment Is Undeliverable?

We ship to the address provided in your order. If the address is incorrect or undeliverable and the package is returned to us, you can choose to either pay for reshipping or receive a refund for the product (minus the original shipping cost).

What If My Order Arrives Incorrectly?

Mistakes can happen! If something's not right with your order, please email us at info@heartsyourlife.com right away, and we’ll get it sorted out promptly.

What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

We take pride in offering high-quality products, but if you receive an item that’s defective or damaged, we’ll gladly accept a return at no cost to you. Just send us a photo of the defect within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
While we can’t take responsibility for damage caused during shipping, we’ll do our best to replace damaged items if we can. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund.
We also offer refunds or returns for non-defective products, but there will be a $5 restocking fee plus return shipping costs. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To start the return process, email us at info@heartsyourlife.com. You’ll need to provide a tracking number showing the return shipment. Once we receive the product, we’ll process your refund minus the $5 restocking fee.
