Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Information
Domestic Orders
Orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once payment is processed, your order will leave our studio within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping times may vary, especially during peak seasons. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Need expedited shipping? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. For orders containing preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder is ready. We can split shipments upon request.
Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, with heavier packages shipped through FedEx International. Tracking may not be available for international shipments, and delivery times vary due to customs and local postal services. Most orders arrive within 3 weeks but may take up to 6 weeks.
All international shipments are marked as merchandise. Duties, taxes, or additional fees required by your country are your responsibility, and we are not liable for these charges. If customs fees go unpaid and a package is returned to us, you may choose either a refund (minus original shipping costs) or reshipping (shipping fees apply).
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $49 within the continental U.S. (some exclusions apply). For other orders, shipping costs are based on location, quantity, and weight. Orders to Hawaii are calculated based on location and weight.
Undeliverable Shipments
We ship to the address provided in your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or if undeliverable, you may choose to pay for reshipping or receive a refund for the product (minus the original shipping cost).
Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, contact us at info@heartsyourlife.com right away, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.
Additional Return and Exchange Notes
While we aim for customer satisfaction, any item that arrives defective or damaged can be returned or exchanged at no cost to you. Please send us a photo of the defect within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
Returns of non-defective products will incur a $5 restocking fee plus return shipping costs. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@heartsyourlife.com to start a return. We’ll provide a return label, and once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund minus the restocking fee.
Shipping Exclusions
Orders over $49 within the continental United States qualify for free shipping. For orders shipping to Hawai'i and other locations, shipping costs will be calculated based on location, quantity, and order weight.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For defective or incorrect items, we extend the return period to 30 days to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for verification.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@heartsyourlife.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We strive to deliver quality products, but if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and let us know immediately. Contact us at info@heartsyourlife.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re uncertain about an item’s eligibility for return, please contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return the original item within the return window. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll automatically ship out the new item to you. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@heartsyourlife.com.
