Give Back Program – 12% Contribution

1. Purpose

Our school affiliate program makes it easy to give back. When you shop through the school’s unique link, a portion of your purchase is donated directly to support programs, events, and resources—at no extra cost to you. It’s a simple way for families, friends, and the community to make a meaningful impact while enjoying beautiful products.

2. Commission

  • Hearts Your Life agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission of 12% on the net sales of all products purchased through the Affiliate’s unique affiliate link.

  • “Net sales” means the total amount of completed sales excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and refunded/cancelled orders.

3. Payout Terms

  • Commissions are paid monthly, no later than the 10th of each month, for the previous month’s earnings.

  • Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

  • The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4. Tracking and Reporting

  • Each Affiliate will receive a standard affiliate link with a unique identifier when they sign up.

  • Sales are tracked through this link: https://heartsyourlife.bixgrow.com/login using Hearts Your Life’s affiliate tracking system (BixGrow Affiliate).

5. Promotion Guidelines

  • The Affiliate may promote the Company through their school or non-profit channels (website, newsletters, social media, events, etc.).

  • The Affiliate agrees not to engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any promotion that could damage Hearts Your Life’s reputation.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

  • If terminated, the Affiliate will be paid for all earned but unpaid commissions.

7. Independent Parties

  • The Affiliate is an independent partner, not an employee, contractor, or representative of the Company.

  • The terms of the affiliate programs does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

8. Affiliate Details

The affiliate details constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or communications.

By registering for the program or using their assigned affiliate link, the Affiliate agrees to these terms.

Q: How do schools receive payments?
A: We issue monthly payouts via PayPal or bank transfer, based on sales tracked with your affiliate code.

Q: Can staff or extended family use the link?
A: Yes! Anyone can use the link to shop online, no matter where they live.

Q: How do I sign up? Simply click the link and register using your PTO, PTA, or school email. Once registered, you’ll have access to your personal dashboard, where you will find your personal link to share and can track every purchase made through your link.
