Community Creative Give-Back Program – 8% Contribution

1. Purpose

Our Community Creative Give-Back Program makes it easy to support your cause.
When families, clients, or supporters shop through your organization’s unique link, 8% of each purchase is donated directly to help fund your programs, events, or wellness initiatives — at no extra cost to them.

It’s a meaningful way for schools, nonprofits, and wellness centers to raise funds while sharing art and creativity that uplift the community.


2. Commission

Hearts Your Life agrees to pay the Affiliate a 8% commission on the net sales of all products purchased through the Affiliate’s unique link.

“Net sales” refers to the total amount of completed sales excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and refunded or cancelled orders.


3. Payout Terms

Commissions are paid monthly, no later than the 10th of each month, for the previous month’s earnings.

Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer, and the Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment details.


4. Tracking and Reporting

Each Affiliate will receive access to a personalized dashboard within Hearts Your Life’s affiliate platform:

The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing Affiliates to track their sales, commissions, and engagement in real time.

Upon sign-up, Affiliates will be able to generate their own unique affiliate link for sharing with families, supporters, and their community.


5. Media Kit Access

To make promotion easy and effective, Affiliates will receive access to a pre-made Media Kit filled with customizable templates designed to feature their unique affiliate link.

The kit includes:

  • Printable posters and flyers ready to personalize with your organization’s code

  • Social media post templates that can be quickly updated with your unique link

  • Editable email and letter templates for reaching families and supporters

These ready-to-personalize resources make it simple to share your fundraiser and inspire participation within your community.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote the program through their official channels, including websites, newsletters, social media, and events.

Affiliates agree not to engage in spam, misleading promotions, or any activities that could harm Hearts Your Life’s reputation.


7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
If terminated, the Affiliate will receive payment for all earned but unpaid commissions.


8. Independent Parties

The Affiliate is an independent partner, not an employee, contractor, or representative of Hearts Your Life.

Participation in this program does not create any partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship.


9. Agreement

These terms represent the full understanding between the parties and replace any prior agreements or discussions.

By registering for the program or using your assigned affiliate link, the Affiliate agrees to these terms.

Q: How long does the fundraiser last?
A: It’s ongoing — your school can keep earning year-round.

Q: How do families participate? Simply use the special fundraising link provided by your school. When families shop through that link, a percentage of every purchase is automatically credited to your school—no code needed!

Q: How do schools receive payments?
A: We issue monthly payouts via PayPal or bank transfer, based on sales tracked with your affiliate code.

Q: Can staff or extended family use the link?
A: Yes! Anyone can use the link to shop online, no matter where they live.

Q: How do I sign up? Simply click the link and register using your PTO, PTA, or school email. Once registered, you’ll have access to your personal dashboard, where you will find your personal link to share and can track every purchase made through your link.
